Mike,

We have our second meeting this coming week (600) Thurdsay AM, and another planned for 17th May (1000) PM

Originally planned for monthly, we are looking to shoot more often, I will be looking at some dates earlier in May or possibly the last week in April.

John

May is a possible - I have a new member of staff starting on the 8th and that should take some of the pressure off at this hectic time. I'll let you know as soon as if I can make it - would be nice to to try the 6.5x55 out to 1000 but and it is a big but it will depend on a few things here - I'll know either way in the next 2 weeks so I'll drop you a pm to let you know.

I'll def' be up and running from June onward though.

If it became a regular thing - I would make the trip down once a month or so just to shoot in good company and for no other reason.

ps - that would give me a good reason to part with my money and actually join the NRA - instead of just using BASC or my club to book a range

Mike
Yes from me too!

I am in the same position with regards NRA and BASC - also... I quoted you MiLisCer as it might be an idea to car share for this type of thing? saves costs a bit and you're not too far from me (I think)! :)

That sounds like a good plan to me - I am just outside Stoke - so would be doing M6 to Midlands then m40/42/25 to Bisley

Mike

**edited to add - I've just sent some pennies off to join the NRA - lets see if it is worth it?**

Yes

A good idea and I may even give attend once or twice a year if I can tie it in with a business trip so my company pay the diesel! :shakeshout:
It's not the pace of life that concerns me, it's the sudden stop at the end!
