Just to be clear,
The current staff at the NRA have plenty of shooting knowledge and they would be in a position to fill any gaps in a newcomers experience.
No offence was intended or should be implied.

6 figure salary and £50k salary?! Heck, at those rates I might chuck my hat into the ring for the hell of it...
I can (sort of) understand the Chief Exec's 6 figure salary, while hoping that the NRA have got some outside help for the recruitment process - the last thing the organisation needs is another financial meltdown. But £50,000 on the Director of Membership and Training? Come on, apart from delivering RCO courses what does the Training department actually do? More to the point, what does the membership department do that justifies £50,000 for its head??
