Forum rules
Posting of negative comments in the Gunshop section could bring unwanted criticism on the forum, having said that it is important to let members know if dealings with a Gunshop were less than ideal for you. To that end we will allow what will be known as the 'Scotsgun Ruling'

The Scotsgun Ruling:

>Add Gun Shop here<

"As I've yet to have a 'positive' experience there, I'll refrain from commenting further."

Beyond that please take it up with the Gunshop, if you do resolve the issue in a agreeable manner let us know!

This rule applies to the entire forum.

HPS - TR

#1 Post by johngarnett »

I have just been speaking with HPS of Gloucester and found out that they will be at the major comps at Bisley in new premises.

They will now be in Bisley Gun Club near the clay complex and Stickledown range.

If you are there have a look, I've always found them very helpful.

PS I am not connected to them in anyway!

John,

Well done for making us aware, I normally get my powder from them and other bits and bobs,

155grn is what I'll be after. Machine loaded once fired.

I once ordered a replacement bolt end cap from HPS for the RPA Quadlock I was shooting at the time. Casually mentioned that I was taking the rifle to Canada with the Athelings later in the season.

Imagine my pleasant surprise when John Carmichael, boss of HPS, sought me out at Connaught Range in Canada to give me the very bolt end cap I'd ordered a month or so previously at Bisley!

For that reason alone I rate their customer service at 100%.

Mike
If you know what you want I'm sure they can bring to Phoenix. Give them a call.

I have never purchased anything from HPS, but during last weeks F class league competition at Diggle I was marking targets with John Carmichael for the weekend. What a very knowledgeable and very nice guy he is.

Just so nobody gets lost.

HPS will be in the OLD Bisley Gun Club, on the edge of the NCSC car park behind the 1200x firing point.
