My husband and I bought an RCBS Chargemaster in January this year. One year warranty. It came from www.opticswarehouse.co.uk
It refused to calibrate in August this year. I contacted Opticswarehouse and they sent a new one out with a year's warranty from that date and took the old one away. No fuss, no hassle, just excellent customer service. The chargemaster is the best reloading equipment I have bought since I started shooting. Can't fault it, throws very precise loads.
