April away.

#1 Post by dromia »

Headed north for a few weeks in April and spent the time at work and play.

Got me tatties in which always makes me feel better.

First Roe of the year, this one had a bit of hair loss round its thrapple. Skin wasn't broken, demodex?

The cherry blossom was coming out and the last of the daffies were still going strong.

I also spent some time breaking in the barrel on a tarts gun that a mate of mine just acquired. I know that one or two of you may have an interest insuch things so it will form the basis of a separate post.

Took this picture on Monday of a ploughed field next to my estate. Despite it being April/May 1st, we have had little rain of any significance for several weeks now, as a result this field is now several streets away covering all the cars and windows.
There may be no global warming but it is certainly hot for the time of year,

It is only a youngster to hard to tell the breed, Longhorn maybe? We had several on the moor when I lived in Derbyshire but they seemed to have longer coats.
