I'm lloking at a set of Weaver 1" rings on my desk. Medium height I reckon, for upto 44mm objective. Any good?
In 1978 I was told by my grand dad that the secret to rifle accuracy is, a quality bullet, fired down a quality barrel..... How has that changed?

Sounds good to me its the rail profile rather than the groove distances that I'm after, how much do you want for them? :D

I'm sure they are new as they are still in the pack. I have no use for them so I'll stick them in the post to you, they're yours. But, I'm not off duty till Thursday, so won't get to the post office till then. How does that sound?

No probs, PM me the Scottish address. When will you be heading up there, Friday? If I can get to the PO so that they are with you before you leave would that be better? I'm not too sure the good ol' Royal Mail could do Kent to the Croft overnight......
