2. 500 ml petrol
3. Some tearing and dunking

Very soon you have FIRE SNOT :shifty:

Gets and keeps fire going quickly

Make it extra thick

Small bottle in camping kit is very handy

very similar to something that was used in warfare in vietnam if I'm not mistaken...

Never made the stuff myself, although would have been very handy for lighting the club bonfire in November!

a lollipop sized dollop will burn about 3 minutes.... really a great help with wet wood!

Sugar is good for boosting slow fires, too.
Don't matter if it is brown or white ( Michael Jackson?) Whoo! Hoo!

Vaseline is good when mixed with a bit of petrol - same source as the mayo no doubt, and I do beleive adding sugar as well makes it really burn.

Just make sure it is a GLASS bottle. Some plastic bottle will dissolve with the petrol.

You can also soak empty egg boxes with used cooking oil. Perfect for open air fires.
It's very safe, free and it is "recycling" - Do I get a EEC grant ?
