The Science of Long Range Shooting

#1 Post by ResearchPress »

It’s 1879, and since the 1874 International Match at Creedmoor there have been a lot of changes: in 1880 Edwin Perry collated and published the latest developments in long range rifle shooting.

Kenny Wasserburger discusses the contemporary information on ammunition for the long range rifleman.

That's Dave Gullo, who owns Buffalo Arms Co in the US. He's shot a couple of times at Bisley that I know of, in the MLAIC World Long Range Championships. With the MLAGB we shoot muzzle loaders to 1,000 yards and the Long Range Rifles Branch (www.longrangerifles.co.uk) has an aggregate match at 1,000, 1,100 & 1,200 yards.
