Sig Sauer P220 Combat

#1 Post by TexasShooter »

Do you think that the Combat model is worth the extra money? I had a German standard model before and loved it. I needed the money and had to sell it. I'm a FDE fan so I'm leaning toward the combat model. Has anyone ran one?

What's the point of having a green frame and black slide ? The slide should be green as that's going to more exposed then the frame when shooting it in theatre !

I think ultimately the P220 is obsolete with the introduction of the P227....
In 1978 I was told by my grand dad that the secret to rifle accuracy is, a quality bullet, fired down a quality barrel..... How has that changed?

Guns dont kill people. Dads with pretty Daughters do...!

Not when its in its holster, where it will spend most of its time...

Considering how high up in the hand Sig pistols sit the last thing you want is a hard recoiling calibre. Well, that is if you want to do something as ostentatious as fire a second shot lol
